The challenge

Atlas's on-premise data center was reaching end-of-life. Their SAP and MES workloads ran on 60 VMs with hard business constraints: zero downtime, strict change windows and a small IT team.

How we fixed it

We built a landing zone in Azure, migrated workloads with Azure Migrate using continuous replication, automated the cutover with runbooks, and ran a full parallel run for two weeks before the final switch.
