The challenge
Loopstack's deploy pipeline was a fragile chain of shell scripts. Releases frequently broke in staging, rollbacks were impossible, and each of their 12 customer environments drifted from the source of truth.
How we fixed it
We introduced GitOps with ArgoCD, packaged every service with Helm, built environment promotion via PRs, added canary and progressive delivery, and wired automated rollbacks. The whole platform became declarative and auditable.
